Today our colleague Dr. Florian Fuchs won an award of the CTBTO (Comprehensive Nuclear Test-Ban Treaty Organisation-Prepcom) at its Science and Technology Conference 2019 for the best oral presentation by a Young Scientist. He delivered his sophisticated research on Seismo-acoustic signals of the Baumgarten (Austria) gas explosion detected by the AlpArray seismic network. Congratulations, Dr. Fuchs!
