Workshop on observation errors

07.04.2012

Within the framework of the EU project ERA-CLIM a workshop on observation errors will take place on 19.-20. April in the department's Exner Hörsaal.

Estimates and a priori estimates of observation errors are an important issues when doing reanalyses, since they can change considerably during the assimilation periods of several decades.

The workshop is intended for participants of ERA-CLIM but a few interested people may get a place for listening silently to one or the other talk.
