One might even say a renaissance of meteorology in Vienna. On page 18, Andreas Stohl and Gerhard Wotawa (ZAMG) describe the new research union VINAR - Vienna Network for Atmospheric Research. A nice welcome to the new department of meteorology is given on page 20 and new research and development goals are described. Finally we congratulate Andreas Stohl once more on winning the Gottfried and Vera Weiss Price 2020, as described on page 34. Keep up the good work! @ÖGM
